摘要: 血小板反应蛋白2(THBS2)是一种基质细胞钙结合糖蛋白,能与细胞外基质和细胞表面的多种生长因子、受体、基质分子或蛋白酶等相互作用。THBS2可在N6-甲基腺苷RNA甲基化酶作用下活化,并通过重塑肿瘤微环境以及参与多条细胞信号通路等方式介导肿瘤增殖、迁移与侵袭。THBS2可作为多种肿瘤的诊断和预后指标,并有望成为肿瘤治疗新靶点。

Abstract: Thrombospondin 2 (THBS2) is a matrix cell calcium-binding glycoprotein that interacts with a variety of growth factors, receptors, matrix molecules or proteases on the extracellular matrix and cell surface. THBS2 can be activated by N6-methyladenosyl RNA methylase, and mediates tumor proliferation, migration and invasion by remodeling the tumor microenvironment and participating in multiple cell signaling pathways. THBS2 could be used as a diagnostic and prognostic indicator for a variety of tumors, and is expected to become a new target for malignant tumor treatment.
