摘要: Toll样受体2(TLR2)是一种模式识别受体(PRR),能利用TLR2-MyD88等途径介导机体的免疫与炎性反应、血管生成等生理过程。TLR2表达于细胞表面,可被外源PAMPs及内源DAMPs激活,通过MyD88、PI3K/Akt、Wnt/β-catenin、MAPK等经典与非经典信号途径调节细胞核RNA表达,介导消化道肿瘤发生发展。

Abstract: Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) is a pattern recognition receptor (PRR) that mediates immune and inflammatory responses, angiogenesis, and other physiological processes using the TLR2-MyD88 pathway. It is expressed on the cell surface, activated by exogenous PAMPs and endogenous DAMPs, and mediates the development of gastrointestinal cancer by regulating nuclear RNA expression through classical and non-classical signaling pathways such as MyD88, PI3K/Akt, Wnt/β-catenin, and MAPK.
