摘要: Ghrelin是一种新发现的胃源性肽,参与多种生物过程的调节。Ghrelin通过有效调控糖脂代谢、抗氧化等作用,在代谢性相关疾病如非酒精性脂肪性肝病、糖尿病、肥胖的发生发展中起重要作用。

Abstract: Ghrelin, a newly discovered gastric peptide, involves in the regulation of various biological processes and plays important role in the occurrence and development of metabolic diseases such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, diabetes and obesity by effectively regulating glucose and lipid metabolism and anti-oxidation.
