炎性反应在糖尿病神经病变发生中作用的研究进展

摘要: 糖尿病神经病变(DN)是糖尿病常见的并发症,目前机制尚不明确。近年来研究表明炎性反应在DN的发生中起重要作用。在糖尿病慢性低度炎性状态下,神经元及其周围细胞中的炎性信号通路被激活,与释放出的炎性因子相互作用,促进DN的发生。深入阐明DN的炎性反应机制,将有助于寻找新的治疗靶点。

Abstract: Diabetic neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes, but the mechanism remains unclear. Recent studies have shown that inflammation may play a critical role in the development and progression of diabetic neuropathy. In the chronic low-grade inflammatory state of diabetes, the inflammatory signaling pathways in neurons and their surrounding cells are activated and interact with the released inflammatory factors to promote the occurrence of diabetic neuropathy. Advances in the understanding of inflammatory mechanism will facilitate the discovery of the potential therapeutic targets for the development of diabetic neuropathy.
