摘要/Abstract

摘要： 特异性促炎消退介质(SPMs)可以通过抑制肾固有细胞炎性反应、抗氧化应激损伤以及调控巨噬细胞转化等多种方式促进糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)中的慢性炎性反应的消退,抑制肾脏纤维化,保护肾功能。随着对SPMs研究的深入,其有望成为治疗DKD等慢性炎性疾病的新靶点。

Abstract: Specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) can promote the regression of chronic inflammatory response in diabetic kidney disease (DKD), inhibit renal fibrosis and protect renal function by inhibiting renal intrinsic cell inflammatory response, antioxidant stress injury and regulate macrophage transformation. With the in-depth study of SPMs, it is expected to become a new target for the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases such as DKD.
