铁死亡在结直肠癌治疗中的作用

摘要: 铁死亡是近年来发现的一种由铁依赖的脂质活性氧蓄积所引发的程序性细胞死亡形式。其发生取决于细胞内铁稳态、脂代谢以及抗氧化系统三者的综合变化。结直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。通过诱导铁死亡途径能有效的抑制结直肠癌细胞的增殖、逆转耐药性以及提高结直肠癌细胞的放射敏感性等。

Abstract: Ferroptosis is a form of programmed cell death caused by accumulation of iron-dependent lipophilic reactive oxygen species. Its occurrence depends on the comprehensive changes of intracellular iron homeostasis, lipid metabolism and antioxidant system. Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract. It can effectively inhibit the proliferation of colorectal cancer cells, reverse drug resistance and improve the radio sensitivity of colorectal cancer cells by inducing ferroptosis pathway.
