小胶质细胞在颅脑创伤发病机制中的作用

Abstract:

The mechanism of secondary injury after tramatic brain injury (TBI) is related to inflammation reation, oxidative stress, inflammasome, and so on, and microglia are closely related to it. Microglia, as macrophage in the nervous system, participate in the basic physiological functions, immunological reaction of the nervous system, and has been confirmed to play a role in TBI. This review integrates numerous recent literature, systematically summarizing the role and mechanism of microglia in TBI, and provides an outlook for future research, aiming to offer research insights and directions for targeted treatment of TBI.

摘要:

颅脑创伤后继发性损伤与炎症反应、氧化应激、炎性小体等相关,小胶质细胞在其中发挥重要作用。小胶质细胞作为神经系统的巨噬细胞,参与神经系统的生理功能和免疫炎症反应,在颅脑创伤的发生发展与治疗中发挥作用。本文系统综述小胶质细胞在颅脑创伤中的作用及其机制,并对颅脑创伤相关研究进行展望,以为颅脑创伤的针对性治疗提供研究思路和方向。
