生长激素在颅脑创伤的应用进展

Abstract:

Pituitary dysfunction after traumatic brain injury (TBI) has increasingly attracted attention, with growth hormone deficiency (GHD) being the most common subtype. The use of growth hormone (GH) replacement therapy for patients with GHD after TBI has a positive impact on prognosis, including cognitive improvement, and so on. This article reviews the mechanisms of pathophysiology of GHD, the mechanisms of GH treatment for TBI and the current status of clinical application, and proposes future development directions to provide the theoretical guidance for the application of GH in the treatment of GHD after TBI.

摘要:

颅脑创伤后垂体功能障碍日益获得关注,生长激素缺乏症是最常见亚型。对颅脑创伤后生长激素缺乏患者予以生长激素替代治疗可以有效改善认知功能等预后。本文综述颅脑创伤后生长激素缺乏的病理生理学机制、生长激素治疗颅脑创伤的作用机制及相关临床研究进展,为生长激素在颅脑创伤治疗中的应用提供理论指导。
