摘要: 2024年癫痫领域在基础与临床研究方面取得诸多影响深远的进展,涵盖癫痫外科治疗新靶点的发现、分子病理学机制的解析、离子通道层面的精准药理学研究、细胞基因疗法的临床进展、新型药物的研发、可穿戴数字健康技术的应用、儿童癫痫的整合式心理干预以及癫痫发作的预测等方面。梳理上述研究进展,有助于更全面地认识癫痫的复杂性,为进一步的基础研究提供目标并对临床诊疗进行指导。

Abstract: In 2024, the field of epilepsy has achieved a number of far-reaching advancements in basic and clinical research. These advancements cover aspects including the discovery of new targets for epilepsy surgery, the analysis of molecular pathological mechanisms, precise pharmacological research at the ion channel level, clinical progress in cell therapy and gene therapy, the development of new drugs, the application of wearable digital health technology, integrated psychological intervention for childhood epilepsy, and seizure prediction. Summarizing these research advancements is conducive to a more comprehensive understanding of the complexity of epilepsy, providing targets for further basic research and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.
