程序性细胞死亡在脓毒症发生发展中的研究进展

Research progress of programmed cell death in the occurrence and development of sepsis

摘要: 脓毒症的发生发展会导致程序性细胞死亡,各类程序性细胞死亡通过不同的信号传导通路介导炎性反应、氧化应激,并在脓毒症患者体内造成不可逆的损伤,最终发展为多器官功能衰竭。程序性细胞死亡包括细胞凋亡、程序性细胞坏死、细胞焦亡、细胞铁死亡等。脓毒症的发生发展过程中伴随着各类程序性细胞死亡,这为探索脓毒症的病理生理机制以及治疗方案提供新的思路。

Abstract: Sepsis has high morbidity and mortality in critically ill patients.The occurrence and development of sepsis will lead to programmed cell death. All kinds of programmed cell death mediate inflammatory response and oxidative stress through different signal transduction pathways, and cause irreversible damage in patients with sepsis, and finally develop into multiple organ failure. At present, programmed cell death has been found, including apoptosis, necroptosis, pyroptosis, ferroptosis and so on. The development and progression of sepsis is accompanied by various types of programmed cell death.These results of research provide new ideas for exploring the pathophysiological mechanism of sepsis and strategies of clinical treatment.
