摘要: 急性肺损伤是新生儿中常见的一种危急重症,铁死亡作为一种新型细胞程序性死亡形式,可通过调节铁稳态、氨基酸代谢和脂质过氧化反应参与急性肺损伤的进程。深入研究铁死亡在急性肺损伤中的作用机制可为其防治提供新思路。

Abstract: Acute lung injury is a common critical illness in neonates. Ferroptosis, a novel form of programmed cell death, plays an important role in the process of acute lung injury by regulating iron homeostasis, metabolism of amino acid and lipid peroxidation. In-depth study of the mechanism of ferroptosis in acute lung injury may provide new ideas for its prevention and treatment.
