Abstract: Central nervous system immune diseases include multiple sclerosis (MS), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSDs), myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein - IgG associated disorders (MOGAD) and anti - N - methyl - D - aspartate receptor (NMDAR) encephalitis. The pathogenesis of these diseases is complex, and a variety of central nervous system and peripheral cells are involved. Single-cell omics has achieved high -resolution detection of the expression profile at the level of single -cell through a series of sequencing techniques to analyze cell heterogeneity and functional phenotype. This review will summarize the single cell sequencing (SCS) and its applications in the above-mentioned diseases.
