摘要：
女性癫患者面临更多的问题和挑战，2016 年Bangar 等在Funct Neurol 发表综述“Women with epilepsy: clinically relevant issues”，涵盖大多数女性癫相关临床研究，包括流行病学、月经性癫、避孕、性功能和生殖功能障碍、妊娠期、哺乳期和精神心理问题等。本文拟就综述展示的进展和问题进行解读，以期引起临床医师对女性癫的关注，从而提高女性癫患者的生活质量。

Abstract:
Women with epilepsy (WWE) face specific challenges throughout their lifespan. In 2016, Banger, et al published "Women with epilepsy: clinically relevant issues", discussing most common issues of WWE: epidemiology, catamenial epilepsy, contraception, sexual and reproductive dysfunction, pregnancy, lactation and mental health aspects. The author translated and illustrated this paper to improve the awareness of these gender?specific issues and implementation of effective interventions for WWE, to improve quality of life in WWE patients.
