癫痫大脑神经元异常放电导致的短暂性中枢神经系统功能失常性慢性脑病，其中儿童和青少年患者占相当比例。青少年期生理和心理较其他年龄段具有特殊性，本文拟就青少年癫痫的诊断与治疗进展进行评述。

Abstract:

Epilepsy is the transient central nervous system dysfunctional chronic encephalopathy caused by abnormal discharge of brain neurons. Of these, children and adolescents account for the majority. Physiology and psychology in adolescence are more specific than other age groups. This article intends to review the diagnosis and treatment of juvenile epilepsy.
