摘要:
神经肌肉病是一组以周围神经、神经-肌肉接头和肌肉受累为主的疾病。除传统的临床诊断、血清学、神经电生理学和病理学等诊断方法外,不断发展的临床、影像学、细胞和分子生物学等多层面检测技术广泛应用于此类疾病的诊断。在神经肌肉病的研究中,实现临床和生物学资源管理的标准化和系统化十分必要。本文针对神经肌肉病临床生物学资源数据库的建立、管理及应用进行综述,以期有助于推动此类疾病的研究。

Abstract:
Neuromuscular diseases refer to a group of diseases mainly involving peripheral nerve, neuromuscular junction (NMJ) and muscle. Except for the traditional clinical diagnosis, such as serological tests, neuroelectrophysiological study and pathological diagnosis, multilevel detection technologies, including clinical, neuroimaging study, cell and molecular biology, are widely used in the diagnosis of neuromuscular diseases. It is necessary to realize the standardization and systematization of the management of clinical and biological resources in the study of neuromuscular diseases. This paper reviews the establishment, management and application of clinical biobanks, so as to promote the research of neuromuscular diseases.
