摘要: 随着中国社会人口老龄化的加剧,肌肉减少症已经成为公共卫生领域的重要问题之一。肌肉减少症(简称肌少症)是一种在高龄人口、尤其是长期卧床老人中发病率较高的综合征,该疾病的主要特点包括肌量减少、肌力下降和肌功能减退。老年人罹患肌少症后将直接导致跌倒风险上升、独立性下降以及住院治疗事件增加。肌少症病因尚未明确,目前存在许多潜在机制的研究。

Abstract: With the aging of population in China, sarcopenia has become one of the important problems in the field of public health. Sarcopenia (sarcopenia for short) is a syndrome with a high incidence in the elderly, especially in the long-bedridden elderly. The disease is characterized by decreased muscle mass, decreased muscle strength and decreased muscle function. Sarcopenia in the elderly directly leads to an increased risk of falls, decreased independence, and increased hospitalizations. The etiology of sarcopenia has not been identified, and many potential mechanisms have been studied.
