摘要: 人体的胃肠道菌群构成一个庞大的微生态系统,其变化受遗传、饮食、药物和环境等多种因素影响。其中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡和胃癌等疾病的重要致病因子。明确Hp与胃肠道其他菌群的相互作用,以及该作用对Hp相关疾病发生发展的影响将为Hp致病机制提供新思路。

Abstract: The gastrointerstinal micobiota is a large and complex microecosystem, which is influenced by heredity, diet, drug and environmental factors. Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is an important pathogenic factor of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer and other diseases. It can provide a novel thought for Hp pathogenesis to illustrate the interaction between Hp and other flora in gastrointestinal tract and its effect on the development of Hp-related diseases.
