叉头框蛋白M1在脑胶质瘤中作用的研究进展

Research progress on the role of forkhead box protein M1 in brain glioma

摘要: 胶质瘤是成人中枢神经系统中最常见的原发性肿瘤。叉头框蛋白M1(FOXM1)是叉头框转录因子家族的成员之一,其可通过调控Wnt/β-catenin、Akt/FOXM1、p53通路及其自身的翻译后修饰过程促进神经胶质瘤的恶性增殖、迁移和侵袭等过程。本文总结叉头框蛋白M1在脑胶质瘤中的作用,以期为临床脑胶质瘤的治疗提供新的理论依据和治疗靶标。

Abstract: Glioma is the most common primary tumor found in central nervous system of adult patients. The forkhead box protein M1 (FOXM1) is a member of the forkhead box transcription factor family, which can regulate Wnt/β-Catenin, Akt/FOXM1, p53 pathways and their own post-translational modification processes promote the malignant proliferation, migration, and invasion of glioma. These results of research provide new theoretical basis and therapeutic targets for the clinical treatment of glioma.
