摘要: 主动脉扩张性疾病以主动脉夹层和主动脉瘤为代表,是血管外科最危险的疾病,该疾病的发病机制尚不十分明确。单细胞RNA测序(scRNA-seq)技术能在单个细胞水平研究细胞异质性,识别新的细胞状态和群体,为研究主动脉疾病的发生和发展机制提供了一种新工具。

Abstract: Aortic dilation disease, represented by aortic dissection and aortic aneurysm, is the most dangerous disease in vascular surgery. The pathogenesis of this disease is not very clear. Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) technology can study cell heterogeneity and identify new cell states and populations at the single cell level, which provides a new tool for studying the occurrence and development mechanism of aortic disease.
