教师年资和学生类别对乳腺外科教学绩效量化评估的影响

Impact of trainer experience and student category on quantitative evaluation for surgical teaching in the department of breast surgery

摘要: 目的 探讨教师年资以及学生类别对于教学量化评分的影响。方法 采用两因素重复测量设计,纳入自北京协和医院外科量化评估体系施行起始自2018年9月至2020年01月北京协和医院乳腺外科教学绩效量化考核数据。研究因素包括授课教师的教学年资及学生类别,重复测量因素为以月为单位统计的教学量化评分。结果 总体教学量化评分为平均值为(0.98±1.58)分/人/月。教师年资及学生类别对教学量化评分结果均有显著影响(P<0.001),住院医师教学受教师年资影响更明显,并且两因素间存在交互作用(P<0.001)。针对住院医师及研究生教学,师资经验对教学评分有显著影响并且二者呈正相关(各组间比较均为P<0.001)。在其他学生类别(本科生、博士后及其他)中,教师年资对教学绩效的影响无统计学意义。结论 现有教学体制对住院医师及研究生教学工作投入较多,教学工作量化评分与教师年资呈正相关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the impact of trainer experience and the types of trainees on quantitative teaching score for surgical education. Methods The present study adopted two-way repeated measures design. The quantitative teaching scores were collected between September 2018 and January 2020. The impact factors were trainer experience and student category. Repeated measure was performed by recording teaching score each month. Results The average of overall teaching score was 0.98±1.58/Teacher/Month. Both teacher experience(P<0.001) and student category (P<0.001) had significant impact on teaching score, and these two factors had interaction effect. Teacher experience had remarkable influence on resident and graduate subgroup compared to the other student category. In resident and graduate subgroup, trainer experience had a positive correlation with teaching score (All the between-subgroup comparisons had P<0.001). However, this effect diminished in the other student category. Conclusions The present teaching system puts in great effort to surgical education for resident and graduate students. And trainer experience is positively correlated with quantitative teaching score.
