多组学分析发现LAMC2是调节泛癌微环境的关键因子

Multiple omics verified that LAMC2 is a key factor regulating the pan-cancer microenvironment

摘要: 目的 利用多种数据库对多黏连细胞外基质蛋白LAMC2进行了系统分析,多组学数据证明LAMC2是影响患者肿瘤发生和临床预后的关键分子。方法 利用数据库分析了各种肿瘤及正常组织中LAMC2的蛋白质和RNA的表达量。并且比较了不同肿瘤类型间的LAMC2表达量与肿瘤患者生存间的关系,并进行免疫浸润分析;比较了在不同肿瘤类型中LAMC2的表达量与肿瘤微环境免疫浸润的关系。结果 通过对LAMC2进行泛癌分析,发现LAMC2的mRNA和蛋白表达在多种肿瘤中表达量高于癌旁组织,并在部分肿瘤中集中表达于恶性肿瘤细胞上。此外,还发现LAMC2的表达不利于泛癌的临床预后,并跟多种肿瘤免疫浸润相关。结论 LAMC2是一种重要的致癌基因,可能是有效治疗肿瘤的重要靶点。该结果为后续的分子靶向治疗提供理论依据。

Abstract: Objective The multiadhesion extracellular matrix protein LAMC2 was systematically analyzed with multiple databases. Multiple omics data demonstrates that LAMC2 is a key molecule affecting tumor development and clinical prognosis of patients. Methods The protein and RNA expressions of LAMC2 in various tumors and normal tissues were analyzed by database. The relationship between LAMC2 expression and survival rate of patients with different tumor types was investigated and immune infiltration analysis was performed. Finally, relationship between LAMC2 expression and immune invasion in tumor microenvironment of different tumor types was investigated. Results The expression of LAMC2 mRNA and protein was found to be higher in many tumors than in adjacent tissues and concentrated in malignant tumor cells in some tumors. In addition, LAMC2 expression has been found to be detrimental to the clinical prognosis of generalized carcinoma and was associated with immune invasion of various tumors. Conclusions LAMC2 is an important oncogene and may be an important target for effective treatment of tumors. These results provide a theoretical basis for subsequent molecular targeted therapy.
