摘要:
扩散张量成像(DTI)是一种非侵入性显示白质纤维束的MRI技术,业已广泛应用于中枢神经系统肿瘤的术前手术方案制定和术后评估。由于其可以可视化神经核团周围白质纤维束的优点,逐渐在特发性震颤和帕金森病等运动障碍性疾病的脑深部电刺激术中得到应用。未来随着影像学技术的进展,联合DTI可以更好地阐明脑深部电刺激术的作用机制并指导最佳目标靶点的选择,以实现精确定位目标靶点和个体化治疗。

Abstract:
Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is a non-invasive MRI technique to reveal white matter fiber tracts, which has been widely used in preoperative planning and postoperative evaluation of brain tumors. Nowadays due to white matter fiber tracts around nervous nuclei can be visualized by DTI, it has been applied gradually in deep brain stimulation (DBS) in the treatment of movement disorders such as essential tremor (ET) and Parkinson's disease (PD). In the future, with the progress of imaging technology, combining DTI can better elucidate the mechanism of DBS and guide the selection of best therapeutic target to achieve precise target localization and individualized treatment.
