摘要： 癫痫是一种脑神经元异常同步放电引起的脑功能障碍综合征，发病机制迄今尚未完全阐明。近年越来越多的基础研究和临床研究提示，癫痫是在多重因素共同作用下的病理过程，双向论证、多重论证、多学科交叉论证的学术局面正在形成。

Abstract: Epilepsy is a brain dysfunction syndrome caused by abnormal synchronous discharge of neurons. Until now, the pathogenesis has not yet been fully elucidated. In recent years, a growing number of experimental and clinical studies have shown that epilepsy is a pathological process under the action of multiple factors. The academic situations including two-way reasoning, multiple arguments and crosswise multidisciplinary demonstration are emerging.
