摘要： 神经病理性疼痛是损害或疾病累及躯体感觉系统后直接导致的疼痛，病因复杂，属难治性疾病。本文简要介绍神经病理性疼痛目前常用的治疗方法。

Abstract: Neuropathic pain (NP) is defined as a chronic pain initiated or caused by the lesion of the nervous system. Its mechanism is not determined and there are no effective treatments. This paper briefly describes the recent management of neuropathic pain.
