摘要: 近年来,随着再生医学与组织工程学的飞速发展,脑类器官作为一种创新的体外模型系统,逐渐成为神经科学研究和药物研发领域的热点。脑类器官通过模拟人类大脑的复杂结构和功能,在体外重现了大脑发育的关键过程,为理解神经系统疾病机制、评估药物疗效及毒性提供了前所未有的平台。本文综述了脑类器官技术的最新进展,特别是其在药物研发中的应用,并探讨了该领域面临的挑战与未来发展方向。

Abstract: In recent years, with rapid development of technology of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering, brain organoids, as an innovative in vitro model system, have become a hot spot in neuroscience research and drug development. Brain organoids simulate the complex structure and function of the human brain in terms of reproducing key processes of brain development in vitro, providing an unprecedented platform for understanding the mechanisms of neurological diseases and of evaluating drug efficacy and toxicity. This review summarizes the latest research progress in brain organoid technology, particularly its application in drug development and in exploring challenges and orientation of future development.
