摘要: 外泌体(exosomes)是一种几乎被所有类型的细胞分泌的脂质双分子层囊泡,其包裹各类蛋白质、DNA、mRNA、miRNA及LncRNA,是细胞之间沟通的重要媒介,参与机体各种生理、病理过程。在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中,支气管上皮细胞、巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞等多种细胞均可通过分泌外泌体参与COPD气道重构与气肿的发生和发展,间充质干细胞和脂肪干细胞源外泌体则在COPD治疗中起到重要作用。

Abstract: Exosomes are lipid bilayer vesicles secreted by almost all types of cells, which consist of various proteins, DNA, mRNA, miRNA and LncRNA. They are an important medium for communication between cells and participate in various physiological and pathological processes. In chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchial epithelial cells, macrophages, neutrophils and other cells can participate in COPD airway remodeling and emphysema by secreting exosomes. Moreover, mesenchymal stem cells and adipose stem cell-derived exosomes play an important role in the treatment of COPD.
