摘要/Abstract

摘要： 问诊是诊断学的基本组成部分,更是成为一名合格临床医生必须掌握的基本功之一。信息化时代下,为提高医学生学习问诊的效率,提高医患沟通技能和临床问诊技能,结合计算机开发一套标准虚拟化问诊软件进行模拟训练是个可探讨的教学训练模式。本团队通过前期与医学生的调研了解其需求,研发了一套符合临床问诊要求、以选择为训练形式的问诊模拟软件“雅问”,并对合理评价问诊结果进行了一定的探索。

Abstract: Inquiry is an essential component of diagnostics and one of the essential skills that a clinician required. In order to improve the efficiency of learning inquiry, communication skills, clinical consultation skills, it is worth developing a training model that stimulates inquiry with standardized computer virtualization software. Through the investigation in the early stage with medical students, our team has developed an inquiry simulation software “Yask” with choosing form and made some explorations of reasonable evaluation of inquiry results.
