偏头痛相关性眩晕发生机制及治疗进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 偏头痛相关性眩晕是神经内科常见疾病，包括前庭性偏头痛和良性阵发性眩晕，但其发病机制尚未阐明。本研究基于偏头痛发病机制所涉及的三叉神经血管系统的反复激活可能引起前庭功能损伤，以及前庭性偏头痛头痛与眩晕发作顺序不同的临床特点，探讨偏头痛相关性眩晕的发生机制并综述其治疗进展，以为临床预防与治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract: Migraine-related vertigo (MRV) is a common neurological disorder, including vestibular migraine (VM) and benign paroxysmal vertigo (BPV), however its pathogenesis is unclear. In this study, we discuss that vestibular dysfunction may be caused by the repeated activation of the trigeminal neurovascular system involved in the mechanism of migraine attack, and possible mechanisms by which vestibular migraines differ in the sequential order of headache and vertigo. Finally, we review the progress of its treatment to provide new insight for clinical prevention and treatment.
