梅尼埃病是一种原因不明并以内淋巴积水为主要病理学特征的周围性前庭疾病，其发病原因与病理生理学机制尚未阐明，笔者对其流行病学和病理生理学机制，以及临床特征进行总结，有助于提高临床医师对该病的认识及深入研究。

Abstract:

Ménière's disease is an unexplained peripheral vestibular disease with endolymphatic hydrops as the main pathological features. Pathogenesis and pathophysiology mechanism are not clear at present. Summarizing the advances of epidemiology, pathophysiology and clinical manifestations is conducive to clinicians' understanding and in-depth study of the disease.
