摘要:

中枢神经系统不同肿瘤和同一肿瘤不同分级表现出不同的肿瘤异质性。肿瘤异质性不仅体现在抗原、组织病理学、免疫学,同时也体现在不同类型影像学图像中,CT 的X 线衰减系数、fMRI、PET的标准化摄取值等均可以从不同角度评价肿瘤异质性。深入研究及合理运用影像学图像评价肿瘤异质性有利于更加准确地进行术前诊断、个体化治疗和疗效评价。

Abstract:

Different tumors and different levels of the same tumor in central nervous system (CNS) show tumor heterogeneity accordingly. Tumor heterogeneity is not only reflected in antigen, histopathology and immunology, but also reflected in different types of imaging. CT X-ray attenuation coefficient, fMRI, standardized uptake value (SUV) of PET could analyze tumor heterogeneity from different angles. The in-depth study and rational use of imaging to evaluate the heterogeneity of tumors are beneficial to preoperative diagnosis, individualized treatment and evaluation of the curative effect.
