摘要:

抗3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A 还原酶抗体是新近发现的一种自身抗体,与他汀类调脂药密切相关,可以作为免疫性坏死性肌病的免疫学标志物。本文拟就该抗体的发现、检测方法和临床意义进行简要综述。

Abstract:

Anti-3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase (HMGCR) antibody is a newly recognized autoantibody, which is associated with the use of statins and is considered as an immunological marker of necrotizing autoimmune myopathy (NAM). This article summarizes the discovery, laboratory tests and clinical significance of anti-HMGCR antibody.
