摘要:

臂丛神经撕脱伤后疼痛为临床常见的药物难治性神经病理性疼痛,脊髓后角神经元因去神经传入而出现过度活跃的自发电位是其主要发病机制。脊髓背根入髓区毁损术可以通过射频电极或双极电凝毁损脊髓后角自发电位过度活跃的神经元,以缓解疼痛,镇痛效果优良,且无严重并发症。

Abstract:

Pain after brachial plexus avulsion (BPA) is a clinically common drug-refractory neuropathic pain. Overactive spontaneous potential due to deafferentation in the neurons of spinal dorsal horn is the main pathogenesis of pain after BPA. Dorsal root entry zone (DREZ) lesioning is one way that damages overactive spontaneous potential neurons in spinal dorsal horn through radio-frequency electrode or bipolar coagulation so as to achieve pain relief. Dorsal root entry zone lesioning is a safe and effective treatment approach for pain after BPA.
