摘要:

阿尔茨海默病是一种中枢神经系统变性病,发病机制复杂,理想的动物模型对研究阿尔茨海默病病因、发病机制和治疗方法具有重要意义。本文对近年来关于阿尔茨海默病多种动物模型制备方法、模型观察和评价指标进行综述,以为今后的基础与临床研究提供相关依据。

Abstract:

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system, and its pathogenesis is complex. Animal models play an important role in study on pathogenesis and treatment of AD. This paper summarized methods of building models, observation on animal models and evaluation index in recent years, so as to provide related evidence for basic and clinical research in future.
