JAK-STAT signaling pathway and diabetic complications

Abstract

Abstract: Diabetes mellitus and the complications seriously affect the health and life quality of patients. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that JAK-STAT signaling pathway plays an important role in the development and treatment of diabetic complications. This review focuses on the research progress of JAK-STAT pathway and diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy and diabetic cardiomyopathy.
