Diagnostic difficulties and treatment progress of primary gastric lymphoma

Abstract

Abstract: Primary gastric lymphoma (PGL) is the most common gastric malignant tumor except gastric cancer, most of which have no specific clinical symptoms. It is usually not accurately diagnosed. And it is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. The main treatments include surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy. And the immunotherapy is expected to be a potential treatment modality. Understanding the difficulties in the diagnosis process is the guarantee of accurate diagnosis and the basis for subsequent precision treatment.
