摘要: 当前关于老年衰弱的评估仍然采用量表及问卷形式,这种主观的评估方式易随评估人员及评估量表的不同而产生较大差异,因此,探寻衰弱的客观诊断依据显得尤为重要。随着人群队列和观察性研究的不断展开,老年衰弱在血清学方面取得较大进展。本文主要从血清炎性因子、激素、维生素、同型半胱氨酸及相关蛋白分子对衰弱的影响机制进行综述,为进一步探索老年衰弱的客观诊断依据提供新思路。

Abstract: The assessment of senile frailty still implemented with scales and questionnaires. This subjective assessment method is prone to vary greatly with the assessors and scales. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore the Objective diagnosis basis of frailty.With the continuous development of population cohort and observational studies, great progress has been made in the serology of senile frailty.This article mainly reviews the influence mechanism of serum inflammatory factors, hormones, vitamins, homocysteine and related protein molecules on frailty and provides new ideas to further exploring the Objective diagnosis basis of frailty in the elderly.
