MOOCs在医学教育领域中的现状分析和展望

Current status and prospect of massive open online courses in medical education

摘要: 目的 分析医学教育领域中慕课课程(MOOCs)现状和展望发展趋势。 方法 检索PubMed、CNKI、Google Scholar和Coursera等网络资源,以MOOCs和医学教育为关键词,总结MOOCs在全球医学教育领域中与医学生、医学考试和新型医学教育方法的融合现状。结果 全球范围内仅有很少的医学院校的医学专业课程与MOOCs相融合的案例,在理论和实践层面的探索均少有报道。结论 医学教育需要从MOOCs的崭新角度全方位进行认识和推动。

Abstract: Objective Explore the current status of massive open online courses (MOOCs) in the field of medical education. Methods Select ‘MOOCs’ and ‘medical education’as the key words to review the experiences of MOOCs applied to medical students, medical examinations and new medical teaching way in the global field of medical education from PubMed, CNKI, Google Scholar and Coursera et al. Results So far there are limited experiences of MOOCs applied to medical courses in global medical colleges. In theory as well as in practice, MOOCs used in medical education need to be further explored. Conclusion As a new way of teaching, MOOCs should be recognized and promoted in modern medical education.
