8年制医学专业医学预科课程设置的探讨

The curriculum design and current change of pre-medical education in 8-year medical education program

摘要: 本文系统回顾了医学预科教育的发展过程,对国外医学预科教育的课程设置、学分要求以及近年来开展的改革进行了深入的分析。对我国目前开展八年制医学教育院校的医预课程年限、课程设置进行了分析,结合国际医学教育的发展,提出了我国八年制医学教育医预课程设置和改革的对策,包括充分认识医预教育的重要性、保证医预教育的年限并实现医学预科教育与大学教育的有机衔接。

Abstract: Authors review the history of pre-medical education, summarize the courseworks, graduate requirements and change of pre-medical education in the U.S. Authors also summarize the timeline, courseworks of pre-med education in China. The differences of pre-med education in different Chinese medical schools have been analyzed. Referring to the international medical education, the pre-med education in China should be allocated more time. The combination of pre-med education and undergraduate education also should be concerned.
