摘要: 非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)是非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的进展形式。胆固醇是生物合成的重要物质,胆固醇代谢紊乱是NASH的重要危险因素。饮食中胆固醇在肠道中的吸收,在血液循环中的交换转运以及在细胞中合成与代谢均可影响肝脏脂质代谢。胆固醇累积诱导的巨噬细胞活化与多种细胞器功能障碍、炎性细胞因子的分泌密切相关。此外,胆固醇-胆汁酸代谢亦可影响NASH形成和进展过程。

Abstract: Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is a progressive form of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Cholesterol is an essential substance for biological process. Intestinal absorption of dietary cholesterol, as well as circulating lipoprotein exchange, intracellular cholesterol synthesis and metabolism influence hepatic lipid metabolism. It is indicated that the dysfunction of organelles and the secretion of inflammatory cytokines contributed to the activation of cholesterol-loaded macrophage. Besides, cholesterol and bile acid metabolism can also trigger to the development and progression of NASH.
