SUMO化修饰及其对信号通路的调控

摘要: SUMO化修饰是蛋白质翻译后修饰的一种,在蛋白质的稳定性、蛋白质之间的相互作用和亚细胞定位等方面有重要的调节作用。蛋白质SUMO化修饰是糖尿病、肿瘤等疾病形成的主要机制,已成为治疗的关键靶点。本文就蛋白质SUMO化修饰与调控核因子 κB (NF-κB)信号通路、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)信号通路之间作用关系的最新进展做一综述。

Abstract: SUMO modification is a kind of post-translational modification of proteins, which plays an important role in regulating protein stability, protein-protein interaction and subcellular localization. SUMO modification of protein is the main mechanism for the formation of diabetes, tumors and other diseases.It has become the key target for treatment. In this article, we have reviewed the latest advance in the relationship between protein SUMO modification and these pathways which are nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway, mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β).
