摘要: 脑老化与认知功能减退、神经退行性疾病和血管性痴呆密切相关。硫化氢(H2S)能通过调节蛋白质稳态、抗氧化应激、抑制炎性反应、减少脑细胞凋亡和改善微循环延缓脑老化。

关键词: 脑老化, 硫化氢, 硫巯基化

Abstract: Brain aging is closely related to cognitive decline, neurodegenerative diseases, and vascular dementia. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) can delay brain aging by regulating protein homeostasis, anti-oxidative stress, inhibiting inflammation, reducing brain cell apoptosis and improving microcirculation.
