摘要: 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种慢性进行性发展的呼吸系统疾病。转录因子T-bet在抗炎作用、免疫调节等方面参与COPD发病的炎性反应及肺功能改变,有望成为防治COPD发病的新靶点,为COPD的靶向研究提供新思路。

关键词: T-bet, Th1细胞, Th2细胞, Th17细胞, 慢性阻塞性肺疾病

Abstract: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic and progressive respiratory disease. Transcription factor T-bet is involved in the inflammatory response and lung function changes of COPD, which is expected to become a new target for the prevention and treatment of COPD. It might provide a new idea for the targeted research of COPD.
