儿童早期麻醉暴露对神经发育影响的研究进展

Research progress on the effects of early anesthesia exposure on neurodevelopment in children

摘要: 全身麻醉药物可诱导神经元凋亡,引起发育期大脑的结构性改变,导致长期的认知和行为学改变。但临床研究中早期麻醉暴露对儿童智力、行为学、影像学等结局的影响并不一致,从而提示麻醉暴露影响神经发育机制的复杂性。本文总结了近年来动物研究和临床证据,探讨麻醉对儿童神经发育影响的可能机制,旨在指导儿童患者的治疗方式和手术时机的选择。

Abstract: General anesthetics can induce neuronal apoptosis, cause structural changes in the developing brain, and lead to long-term cognitive and behavioral changes. However, the effects of early anesthesia exposure on children's intelligence, behavior and neuroimaging outcomes are not consistent in clinical studies, which suggested the complex mechanism of nerve injury caused by early exposure of anesthesia in children. This review summarized the Results from animal studies and clinical evidence in recent years, discussed the potential mechanism of the effect of early anesthesia exposure on neurodevelopment in children, in order to guide the treatment of children and the choice of operation time.
