Abstract:

Neuromyelitis optica (NMO) is an idiopathic inflammatory demyelinating disease, which mainly affects the optic nerve and spinal cord. It is common in the women of child-bearing age. The disease may suffer the effects of cytokines during pregnancy, but at present the relationship between pregnancy and NMO remains unclear, and the treatment of NMO during pregnancy remains controversial. It still needs further study to guide clinical practice.

摘要：

视神经脊髓炎是一种特发性炎症性脱髓鞘疾病，病变主要侵犯视神经和脊髓，多见于生育期女性。该病可能受妊娠期细胞因子的影响，但目前妊娠与视神经脊髓炎的关系尚不明确，对妊娠期视神经脊髓炎的治疗仍存争议，尚待进一步研究以指导临床实践。
