Progress of Wnt signaling pathway and non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract

Abstract: Wnt signaling pathway alterations are prominent in human malignancies.Wnt signaling is important in non-small cell lung cancer cell lines, and Wnt inhibition reduces proliferation. Wnt signaling substantially impacts NSCLC tumorigenesis, prognosis,and resistance to therapy. Wnt pathway as a therapeutic option in advanced NSCLC.
