摘要/Abstract

摘要： 硒结合蛋白1(SELENBP1)是一种与硒元素代谢相关的蛋白质,SELENBP1在多种癌细胞中表达异常,其表达水平与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及预后密切相关,因此SELENBP1在恶性肿瘤研究中受到广泛关注。SELENBP1在甲状腺癌、结直肠癌、非小细胞肺癌、前列腺癌、口腔鳞状细胞癌、膀胱癌中的表达调控、生物学功能尤其是潜在分子通路的研究,为深入解析SELENBP1在各类癌细胞中的作用机制提供参考,为肿瘤的诊断与防治提供新的思路和靶点。

Abstract: Selenium binding protein 1 (SELENBP1) is a protein related to selenium metabolism. Studies have found that SELENBP1 is abnormally expressed in various cancer cells, and its expression level is closely related to tumor occurrence, development, metastasis, and prognosis. Therefore, SELENBP1 is widely concerned, and its role in bladder cancer is being studied in-depth. This article mainly summarizes the expression regulation, biological functions, and potential molecular pathways of SELENBP1 in thyroid cancer, colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, prostate cancer, oral squamous cell cancer, and bladder cancer. The research results may provide a reference for understanding the mechanisms of SELENBP1 in cancer cells and offer new ideas and targets for tumor diagnosis and prevention.
