摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目标导向液体治疗(GDFT) 是目前临床上加速康复外科(ERAS)的重要手段。通过个性化补液应用于胃肠道、肝脏、胰腺以及骨科等高危手术,可以维持患者术中血流动力学指标稳定、氧供需平衡,降低围术期炎性反应,进而降低术后并发性反应可能性,改善患者预后。

Abstract: Goal-directed fluid therapy(GDFT) is an important method to accelerate patients rehabilitation after surgical operation. It can maintain the stability of hemodynamic indexes, balance of oxygen supply and demand, reduce the perioperative inflammatory response, minimize postoperative complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
