摘要: 甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)会发生颈部淋巴结转移,对PTMC患者早诊断、评估及治疗尤为重要。高频超声、超声造影、超声引导下的细针穿刺活检及基因检测已应用于PTMC的诊断,不断提高了PTMC 的检出率。近年来热消融术因其安全、高效、创伤小、术后恢复快等优点被应用于肿瘤的治疗领域,并取得不错得效果。

Abstract: Papillary thyroid microcarcinoma may develop cervical lymph node metastasis, which is especially important for early diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of PTMC. High-frequency ultrasound, ultrasonography, ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy, and genetic testing have been applied to the diagnosis of PTMC, which has continuously improved the detection rate of PTMC. In recent years, thermal ablation has been applied to the treatment of tumors due to its advantages of safety, high efficiency, low trauma and fast post-operative recovery and has achieved good results.
