Abstract:
Adipose tissue-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are genetically engineered seed cells with immunomodulatory effects, widely used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. This article focuses on the immunomodulatory effects of adipose tissue-derived stem cells on CD4+ T cell subsets, including T helper cell (Th) 1, 2, 17 and regulatory T cell (Treg), and its clinical significance in the treatment of multiple sclerosis.

摘要: 脂肪间充质干细胞是基因工程的种子细胞,具有免疫调节能力,可广泛应用于多种自身免疫性疾病的治疗。本文重点介绍脂肪间充质干细胞对CD4+T 细胞各亚群的免疫调节作用及其在多发性硬化治疗中的临床意义。
