摘要：

日间过度思睡是缺血性卒中的常见并发症，可导致患者康复动力缺乏、认知功能减退、生活质量下降，使预后不良风险显著增加。本文对缺血性卒中继发日间过度思睡的流行病学特点、继发日间过度思睡的缺血性卒中亚型、发病机制及治疗进展进行综述，以提高疾病诊断与治疗水平。

Abstract:

Excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) is a common complication of ischemic stroke, which can lead to lack of rehabilitation motivation, further decline of cognitive function, reduced quality of life, and significantly increased risk of poor prognosis. This article reviews the epidemiological characteristics, subtypes, pathogenesis and treatment progress of EDS secondary to ischemic stroke, in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
